Judge Lettow grants motions of all potential intervenors

aug22opiniontn.pngIn an opinion and order dated today, August 22, 2006, (pdf of a fax on the Mohrman & Karadal site), Judge Charles Lettow has evidently granted the motions of all potential intervenors in the Wolfchild vs. U.S case (No. 03-2684L) as plaintiffs, with all the same rights as the original plaintiffs. This includes the “Loyal 394” group represented by Randy Thompson, referred to in the document as the “Abrahamson group.” See pages 4, 11, and 39.

The questions about the various censuses are apparently left for later.
